Oxfordshire County Council has secured funding from the Government and Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership for a new Active Travel Scheme in Bicester. The scheme proposes a network of measures to improve walking and cycle routes from the south and west of Bicester into the town centre.
The Council held a public consultation on their proposals. My response to this consultation can be viewed below.
