Meeting Request with Thames Water

Today I have written to Thames Water to request that we meet on site to discuss this detail in greater length. 

Thames Water have been consistent in regularly updating me with the work that is being done in the village but I feel that we are not making effective progress in finding a long term solution. 

I continue to have residents get in touch about the damage being done to both public and private property, the huge disruption caused by the continued use of tankers at all hours, and now the road closure through the village. 

As we head towards the winter period once again, I worry that we shall see a return to the waste fowl system overflowing into the street and nearby stream.

Caulcott - Sewage Pump Station

In January 2020, a large number of Caulcott residents got in touch to share their anger at Thames Water over their lack of action and disruption caused at the sewage pump station (SPS).  I was well aware of the associated damage that was being caused by the tankers being in place.

Dissolution Update

At midnight tonight, Parliament will be dissolved. From that point, there will no longer be any MPs until after the General Election which will take place on 4 July. While Parliament may not be sitting, my office can deal with urgent casework enquiries only via the usual channels.
