The past year has been difficult for us all, but I know many will be feeling especially lonely this Christmas. We have all had to make changes to our festive plans and many more people will be facing the prospect of spending Christmas Day by themselves.
While you may be physically separated from the people you love this Christmas, you are not alone. Whatever you are going through, volunteers are there to listen:

The Samaritans are available to call 24 hours a day, throughout the Christmas period. If you are struggling and would like to speak to them, you can call 116 123, or email [email protected] and somebody will reply to you.
